Refinath is an AI Research Engineer with over 10 years of experience in machine learning, reinforcement learning, robotics, and large language models. He currently works at Huawei Technologies, London Research Centre, where he develops advanced AI systems, including autonomous agents, generalist models, and robotics learning frameworks. He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence with a specialisation in Natural Language Processing from Queen Mary University of London, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Government Engineering College, Idukki. Alongside his research work, he actively mentors students, innovators, and early-career engineers, and regularly conducts awareness programmes and training sessions on AI, robotics, and modern digital technologies, with a strong focus on making advanced AI concepts simple, practical, and industry-ready.
